Customer Complaint Form

Complaints submitted on-line are sent to an email address that is checked each business day. Complaints received will be forwarded to the division of the Town that will be responsible for responding. If the situation you are reporting is urgent, such as a frozen water line, blocked sewer or an immediately dangerous situation please call the Civic Centre at 274-5323 during normal business hours or the trouble call line at 274-9516 after hours, on weekends and on holidays.
